Today Chrysler Group announced a lifetime powertrain warranty for all new Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles. While there are some interesting qualifiers (non-transferable to another owner, mandatory inspection every 5 years by an authorized Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep owner), this may be the type of thing that gets the soon-to-be-free-of-their-German-overlords some seriously good press.

Well folks, its here! The 2007 Wrangler has been announced. Still with solid axles, and lots of other goodies. It is actually a bit wider and longer as well.
